Does the home need to be completely empty?
An empty home produces the best result. We can clean a nearly empty home, but cleaners cannot move furniture, boxes, or personal belongings to access blocked surfaces.
Are the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers included?
Yes. Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are included with Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. Cabinet and drawer interiors are included when they are empty. Interior window glass is a separate add-on.
Is carpet cleaning included?
No. Standard vacuuming is included, but carpet extraction or shampooing is a separate service that may be coordinated through a carpet-cleaning provider.
Do you guarantee the return of a security deposit?
No cleaning company can guarantee a deposit decision made by a landlord or property manager. We complete the approved cleaning scope within the reserved time.
What if the home needs more time than originally reserved?
Move cleaning is time based. We prioritize the most important areas first and request approval before adding cleaning time.
